1) Dissolve gelatin in four tablespoon hot water, keep aside 2) Grind biscuits into powder form, roast with butter 3) Pour and press firmly into springfoam pan or casserole 4) Keep in fridge to set for atleast half an hour 5) Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence and egg till smooth and creamy 6) Beat whip cream till thick and forms peaks 7) Fold beaten cream in cheese cream mixture and add a tablespoon of gelatine mixture in it, mix in gently 8} Gently pour the cream mixture over the spring foam pan, spread evenly 9) Let it set and be firm in freezer 10) Keep strawberries with a cup of water on boil with little sugar till its a bit softer, put one tablespoon soaked gelatine in it, let it cool down a bit add jam and mix well 11) Remove springfoam from freezer and pour the strawberry mixture on it 12) Can garnish with whip cream florets and strawberry slices 13) Allow to set in fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight
